Carlos Irwin Estevez, more commonly known as Actor Charlie Sheen, was reportedly killed in a freak accident when his latest lady of the evening tripped on the stairs in a Hollywood hotel as the two of them were leaving, striking him in the back of the knees as she fell and causing the actor to fall over a railing to his death.
